I have developed the habit of making stupid social choices as a way to self harm, everytime I feel particularly bad I get this unstoppable urge to break no-contact, push people away, reach out to people that harmed me, speak to much or too little in order to just f### me up even more. I have spiralled into this hole of isolation and humiliation that is so bad and, at the same time, so rewarding to someone who craves self harm, I've been thinking about damage reduction but can't wrap my head around something that would help me.
