My boss is literally the human version of a headache. It's like they have a personal vendetta against me and the rest of the team. Every decision they make seems designed to maximize frustration and minimize productivity.
I'm starting to think they're not just incompetent, but actually take pleasure in making our lives more difficult. Like, what kind of person intentionally creates more work for themselves and others just for the sake of being a pain?
I swear, if I have to deal with one more "brilliant" idea from them, my head might actually explode. Anyone else have to deal with a boss who seems to be a pain on purpose?
