I'm such a failure. I had this vision of my first year of college being amazing - good grades, new friends, and a fresh start. But no, I managed to screw that up too. I dropped out of two classes, failed one, and now I'm stuck retaking them all next semester. It's embarrassing. And to make matters worse, I didn't make a single friend. I tried, I really did. I attempted to talk to people, but it always felt forced or awkward. Now I just feel like I'm stuck in this rut, and I don't know how to get out of it. I'm so disappointed in myself, it's like I've let everyone down, including myself. I feel like my life is just...over.
