I'm done feeling like I'm not enough because I don't want to work 60-hour weeks.

You know what's crazy? Expecting people to sacrifice their mental and physical health for the sake of productivity.

I'm tired of being told that I need to 'push through' and 'be more dedicated' if I want to succeed.

What about dedication to myself? What about prioritizing my own well-being?

I'm not lazy for wanting a work-life balance. I'm human. And I deserve better than to be burned out and exhausted all the time.
