It's like, what's the point, right? You spend months, maybe even years, searching for a job, tailoring your resume, practicing your interview skills, and finally, after all that hard work, you land something. But even then, there's no security, no stability. Companies just slash jobs whenever they feel like it, no matter how well they're doing. They'll tell you it's "restructuring" or "downsizing" or some other corporate buzzword, but the truth is, it's just about the bottom line. They don't care about the people who work for them, the people who have families to feed and bills to pay. We're just disposable cogs in a machine, easily replaced and easily discarded. And we're just supposed to accept it? We're supposed to just shrug and say, "Oh well, that's just the way it is"? No, I don't think so. It's time for a change. It's time for workers to have some real power, some real say in how companies are run. We need to stand up for ourselves, to demand fair treatment and fair compensation. We need to take back our lives, our livelihoods, and our dignity. #WorkersRights #Fairness #Justice
