I’m talking about the actual bird! Why on earth would you feel the need to raise your hand to a poor, innocent creature who’s just minding its own business, clucking around, doing what chickens do?
Like, is this your idea of “handling business”? You think you’re in control or showing dominance? News flash, pal: you’re just being a bully. You’ve got the audacity to slap an animal who can’t defend itself, whose only crime was being a chicken? Are you so completely void of empathy that this seemed like a good idea?
What is it that makes someone think they have the right to hit something weaker than them for no reason? It’s not funny. It’s not tough. It’s just petty, childish behavior. It makes you look like the kind of person who throws temper tantrums when things don’t go your way. So, you’re angry because your chicken didn’t do whatever you wanted? Maybe try not slapping it and just, I don’t know, deal with your frustration like an adult.
