The cost of living is absolutely out of control, and California is a prime example of this madness. Making 60K a year with overtime should feel like a decent income, but instead, it feels like you’re barely scraping by. Rent? Sky-high. Groceries? Ridiculous. Gas? Don’t even get me started. It’s like every basic necessity has turned into a luxury item.

And the worst part? Wages aren’t keeping up. You work your a## off, put in overtime, and still feel like you’re treading water. It’s infuriating and exhausting. How are people supposed to save, plan for the future, or even just enjoy life when every dollar is eaten up by the basics? The system is broken, and it’s crushing the people who are just trying to make an honest living.
