I'm seriously at my breaking point. Working with my coworkers is like trying to run a sprint with anchors tied to my legs. They're so d### slow and inefficient, it's infuriating.
I'm constantly covering for them, picking up the slack, and doing their work for them. It's like I'm being punished for being competent. I'm tired of explaining basic concepts to them over and over, tired of redoing their work because it's subpar, and tired of being held back by their mediocrity.
Can't they just freaking get it together?!
