My apartments put out these notices every few months about trash in the breezeways and stairwells. That is the least of their problems. They throw trash all over the grounds. I mean pizza muffins bones rice biscuits, mcdonalds wrappers etc that fall out of cars and they leave it there. Nevermind the trash that piles up on weekends. I mean how nasty!
