So even though it'll affect me too, I am SUPER HAPPY AND EXCITED because I get to see the effects of irresponsibility even though no one will own up to it and instead do the deflection blame game because it would spiritually kill them to admit they should have NEVER attempted to do permanent debt increases from upgrades on EXPLICITLY mentioned TEMPORARY budget increases!
