I hope the admins don't delete this post, but I don't blame them. Psychosis is a b####. Some days I swear I have a grapple hold on it finally, and I have clarity. Then some weird occurrence happens, like a comment on a website that aligns way too closely with a private note pops up, and my mind shifts.

It's a nearly impossible cycle to break without embarrassing myself or being an hero. It's a permanent problem that needs a permanent solution. This is living h###. I can't escape.
