By posting a rant, you agree 100% to our site rules.

Attack ideas, not identities
Go hard on beliefs, behavior, choices. Don’t target groups (gender, race, religion, sexuality, etc.) with slurs, dehumanization, or “all ___ are ___.” Allowed: “My ex was controlling and hypocritical.” Not allowed: “Women/men/feminists are trash.”

Why this rule exists:
We’ve seen a spike in posts and comments attacking women (and other groups). It’s been poisoning the well—drowning out real stories and making the space hostile. This rule keeps the focus on behavior and ideas, not identities, so more people feel safe to rant and participate. Full Site Rules

i hate that even a part of me feels like this but i get angry sometimes when i look at islamic nations and all you see is either self sabotage, fascist level nationalism, oppression, and so on. like f### you dont see this s### with any other socio-religious group that got colonized! like what’s your problem?! is it that we’re past the medieval ages and you can’t have an empire with absolute power that enslaves millions anymore!!!??? like d### maybe colonialism ended too fast in some places. like ugh sometimes it would be so nice to go back to the colonialism era and explore every ancient site earlier and take all the stuff so it doesn’t get blown up later by some group who decided murder is the only way to act and forget to be civilized!!!!!!!

Oh, here we go again. Taking a couple of hours to respond is apparently a federal offense now. Sorry for having a life outside my phone—work, errands, you know, basic adulting. It’s not that I don’t care; it’s that I can’t always be glued to my screen like some kind of texting automaton.

How about a little trust and understanding instead of acting like every delay is a catastrophe? A slow reply isn’t a crime—it’s just life. Cut me some slack!

Oh, for crying out loud! Of all the nights, he just had to waltz in tonight, didn’t he? No call, no warning, just BAM—there he is, throwing a grenade into my carefully planned date night. Like, seriously? Do I have a neon sign on my forehead that says “Interrupt here”? It’s infuriating! Now we’re stuck playing host instead of enjoying our evening. Absolutely ridiculous.

Oh, for crying out loud! The 'someone has it worse' argument is absolute garbage. Feelings are valid, period. Stop pretending to be the suffering referee and just listen!" How's that?

Some people think it’s totally fine to send their kids to your house and just… leave. Like, what? You’re suddenly supposed to step up and be their parent? Absolutely not. You didn’t sign up to raise someone else’s kids or deal with their tantrums while their actual parents are off doing who-knows-what.

And let’s be honest, half the time these kids show up with zero manners, zero rules, and zero concept of how to behave in someone else’s home. Meanwhile, you’re stuck trying to figure out how to handle the chaos without losing your mind. It’s not just inconsiderate—it’s downright disrespectful. If you wanted to parent, you’d have your own kids.

Being a gay Muslim in India? It’s like living in a constant storm, where every step forward feels like a battle against the wind. You’re stuck between a society that’s obsessed with fitting everyone into neat little boxes and a community that often refuses to see you for who you are. It’s suffocating. You can’t win. You’re either “too gay” for one side or “not Muslim enough” for the other. And the worst part? Everyone has an opinion about your life, like they’re the ones living it.

You’re just trying to exist, to love, to be yourself, and yet every day feels like a fight for basic dignity. The stares, the whispers, the outright hostility—it’s relentless. And don’t even get me started on the hypocrisy. The same people who preach love, compassion, and acceptance are the first to turn their backs when you need them most. It’s exhausting, carrying the...Read Full Rant

Some people, man. They wake up every day, look at the endless possibilities life has to offer—like, I don’t know, learning a skill, helping someone out, or just minding their own d### business—and they’re like, “Nah, I think I’ll just be a nuisance instead.” It’s like their hobby is being annoying.

You’re out here trying to live your life, and they’re over there, lurking, waiting for the tiniest thing to nitpick or gossip about. Like, do you not have bills to pay? Hobbies? A Netflix queue? Anything? It’s almost impressive how much energy they put into being petty. Imagine if they used that energy for something productive—maybe we’d have flying cars by now.

But no, instead, they’re out here stirring up drama, poking their noses where they don’t belong, and acting like their unsolicited opinions are some kind of public service. Spoiler alert: they’re not. Honestly, it’s exhausting just thinking...Read Full Rant

I’m so g###### sick of manipulation and the people who pull that s###. The lies, the guilt trips, the twisted words—it’s like they thrive on making everyone else feel like c### just so they can stay in control. Seriously, screw that toxic nonsense. You shouldn’t have to walk on eggshells or second-guess every little thing just because someone can’t be a decent human being. I’m done with the mind games and the fake acts. People like that can take their manipulation and shove it.

I’m probably gonna get a lot of hate for this, but comparing Trump to Hitler is just...ugh, it’s so overdone and honestly kind of lazy. Like, I get it—people want to make a point about authoritarianism or whatever, but throwing around comparisons to one of history’s most horrific figures feels immature and, frankly, disrespectful to the actual atrocities that happened under Hitler’s regime. It’s not just a bad analogy; it trivializes the suffering of millions. Can we not have nuanced discussions about politics without resorting to hyperbolic shock value? It’s exhausting. End rant.
