I'm exhausted from seeing Reddit threads devolve into hate-fests. You'd think a platform built on community and discussion would promote empathy and understanding.
But no, time and time again, I see people tearing each other apart. The mob mentality is staggering. Anyone who dares to share a differing opinion gets dogpiled and bullied.
What happened to respectful discourse? Can't we disagree without being disgusting? Reddit, you can do better. Your users deserve better. #Reddit #HateSpeech #Disappointed

- Sorta. It’s about “shipping” which is the process of exploring the relationship between two characters. Usually if you ship something you like that pairing. Anti shippers and proshippers differ on what is okay to ship, as proshippers believe in anti censorship over fiction and that people should be able to ship what they want, even if it would be unhealthy. Anti shippers think proshippers romanticize abuse by doing so.
