seriously, I am just so done with everyone right now. It's like, I can't stand any of them. And it's pathetic, but I even miss my ex, even though he treated me like absolute garbage. Then there's my former best friend – honestly, she's just got this constant stick up her b###. And to top it all off, I'm stuck without a car, jobless, and I know I need to get my act together and go to school. But the thing is, I'm just so incredibly lazy. Plus, all the friendships I used to have? Pretty much gone because of stupid drama. I'm consumed by guilt and self-criticism. I look in the mirror, and all I see is a lazy, out-of-shape person staring back at me. I feel like I've let myself down, like I've wasted so much potential.
I think about all the times I've promised myself I'll start exercising, that I'll get back into shape. But those promises are always broken. I'll start strong, but then I'll miss a day, and then another, and another. Before I know it, weeks have gone by, and I'm right back where I started.
It's not just about looks; it's about health. I know I'm putting myself at risk for all sorts of problems - diabetes, heart disease, you name it. But still, I just can't seem to get motivated.
