Periods f****** suck. The cramps feel like your insides are being twisted into knots, the mood swings make you feel like you’re losing your mind, and the exhaustion just wipes you out completely. Then there’s the bloating, the mess, and the constant inconvenience of it all. It’s like your body is out to sabotage you every single month.
