It’s weird to say I might have C-PTSD because I really want to argue nothing that happened was THAT bad, but I suppose it can affect you regardless.
I mean, idk. I experienced SA at the hands of a friend’s dad but that was a one time thing. My sister SA’d me too but we were both kids.
My sister got taken by CPS while I didn’t. I experienced a lot of arguing growing up. My mom was an addict. We lived with one of her bfs who was outright physically abusive to her (verbally to me) but we got it eventually. There was one time where she went missing for three days. Her next bf once walked into my room naked because head high on drugs.
Is this enough for C-PTSD??

Losing my mom to suicide has genuinely destroyed me. Almost two years and I’m getting worse every day. I feel like I’m going to follow her.
